Effective October 1st, 2023, Palos Verdes Family Vision will leave the Eyemed Vision Care network.
Our primary focus is to provide the highest level of care and personalized attention to each patient, and we believe this decision will improve our ability to deliver on that promise.
If you have Eyemed and an appointment scheduled beyond October 1st, our team will work closely with you to discuss alternative options so we can continue caring for your eyes. Although we will no longer be able to process Eyemed claims, we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition.
We are thrilled to offer you an exclusive 20% discount from now until October 31st, 2024 as a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty and understanding during this transition. This discount applies to your annual eye exam, as well as a wide range of eyewear on the same day. If you would like to submit an out-of-network claim for further reimbursement from Eyemed, we would be happy to assist you.
If you have Medicare PPO coverage, with a medical diagnosis, we will bill your exam services to your insurance as a courtesy. As we do not accept assignment, Medicare will reimburse you directly.
PV Family Vision will continue to accept the Vision Service Plan (VSP).
